opens to the magnificent unobstructed views of the Wailua Plains, mountains, cane fields
and looks down onto one of the forks of the Wailua River, the only navigable river
in Hawaii.
Valley access to the Wailua River fork is via a rugged wilderness
trail right below the house. The property is located only six minutes away from
famous Coconut Coast beaches, offering snorkeling, body surfing, and fishing. |
| Beyond the man-made tropical pools and waterfalls, the property
opens up to a panoramic view of rolling hills and mountains with the Wailua river's lush valley below. |
The upstairs unit known as the "Royal Palm" has the best view
of the two units and is a very large and comfortable 1100 square feet with its
own lanai (porch) overlooking the beauty that God created on Kauai for us to enjoy.
The comfortable and very relaxing main living-area is equipped with a large TV,
VCR, cable, and stereo system. |
| The kitchen is equipped with all the comforts of home and adjoins
the living area with a sitting counter and dining table. The bedroom is furnished
with a large king size bed in Hawaiian bedding, dresser,reading lamps, double
mirrored closet and a Casablanca style ceiling fan for your enjoyment. |  |
| All unit windows open, to allow cool tropical breezes to flow
through these areas.
The large bathroom is equipped with a stack washer
and dryer for your convenience as well.
The lanai area is provided for
your outdoor dining and relaxation. A table, chairs and loungers are waiting for
you. |
The lanai area overlooks the swimming pool, man-made waterfalls, and breathtaking views.
Rose has provided many breakfast items for your pleasure. |
Included are selections of Kona and Kauai blended coffees,
teas, fruit juices, fresh island fruits, milk and muffins, as well as many other
special goodies.
